Come and learn how to colour the face and perfect the hair, become muliti-skilled
in hair and makeup and apply for the many jobs on offer. Our makeup department
is located in the centre of London opposite Euston station and is less than a minutes
walk to your class. During your course you have the opportunity to refine your skills
and practice what has been taught.

'London Academy Tutors' are professional makeup artists who have over 20 years
experience in the film, TV and photographic industry and are both passionate and
dedicated to helping you achieve your goal. Choose from one week beginner courses,
part-time evening, weekend or a one week masterclass. Past students go on to work
in the industry or even start their own business. London Academy can offer you work
experience to build your portfolio and plenty of help, pointing you in the right direction
to gain employment as a freelance Makeup Artist.

Students who attend the courses are from all over the world, many of whom are
working and living in London. All our teaching studios are equipped to the highest
standard and offer a relaxed and friendly approach, an informal setting that opens the
door to creativity. Please take your time to read and understand the courses on offer,
when you have decided which course you would like to take, the next step is to enrol
online or call us to reserve your place.

Once you have enrolled, a welcome pack is sent to you accompanied by a Tutor
welcome letter that outlines all you need to know before your class begins.

We are looking for a right type and very stylish photographer for the opening event. We would appreciate for a flexible good student to take some great photos of the said opening event. The event will take place in Mayfair, London so the photographer will need to have his own equipment or be able to hire what he needs. The 39th International Student Film Festival sehsuechte in Potsdam-Babelsberg is presenting films by students and amateur filmmakers from all over the world from 20-25 April, 2010
We accept both short and full-length films in the categories feature, documentary, animation, music video, children’s film as well as films for the special competition films against discrimination and our regional focus on South Africa
