Enjoy a practical hands-on approach led by tutors who will teach you
about high definition and the implications for shooting with HDV format cameras.

Through a series of practical workshops you will examine the
implications for production, composition and lighting high definition.

Starting with an insight to the format, candidates will have the opportunity to test drive an Sony HDV camera.
This is a hands on workshop enabling individuals to discover at first hand the advantages of working with this new and exciting format.
If you currently use Mini DV, DV CAM or Beta cam, then you will be delighted to learn about
HDV.

Taught by Mike Raycroft, he began his career at ITN as senior cameraman. While at ITN Mike devised many training programmes, winning ITN a national training award. Mike has continued designing and delivering training programmes for new digital start-up stations around the world, including the world’s first digital satellite network in Italy, followed by Asia’s first digital network in Malaysia. |
